How do I rent this product? This is how the rental process works:

• Select: Add your rental dates above to know the total rental fee applicable.
• Submit: Add the product to cart and checkout to submit your order inquiry. No need to pay at this stage.
• Save: You will receive an order approval email shortly with payment details. Your product is booked, once payment is done.

When will the products be delivered/ available for pickup?

We will deliver (or you may pickup) on the evening prior to your rental start date. Our delivery team will contact you on the day, to schedule the same.

How will you refund the security deposit?

We collect a small security deposit to keep bad actors away. Your deposit will be refunded to you within 72 hours of product return. We will seek your UPI/Bank IMPS details for the same. Incase of any defects in the returned product, our damage policy shall apply.

• All Quechua tents are validated in the laboratory and in the field to guarantee waterproofing. To do this, they put the entire tent under a 200 L/h shower for 3 hours. The flysheet is made of 2000mm Schmerber PU-coated polyester and the groundsheet is made of 120g/m² polyethylene. All the seams are sealed with thermobonded tape.

Add an inflatable pillow, tent lantern, foam mattress to your order at just Rs. 50/- per day each. Just mention the add-ons you need in the note section on the checkout page.
