I wanted to send you a quick note to appreciate the awesome service I received from your team. I had rented a stroller for my infant son for a trip we were taking. Upon reaching our destination we discovered the stroller was missing the canopy that was supposed to be part of the stroller as described on the website. Upon my return, I advised your team on the same and Mannan who I spoke to was quick to acknowledge the mistake and took full responsibility for the omission. When he learned that we were unable to use the stroller due to the missing canopy, he offered me a full refund. In my experience, most companies will make excuses for the lack of service and product deficiencies and therefore it was refreshing to see that your team was fully committed to customer delight. I was totally impressed with the service and the attitude and will highly recommend BragPacker to my network. Well done you guys!
